Commissioner Chester Williams warns of selling alcohol to minors at agric show This morning, Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams, issued a notice to everyone visiting the National Agriculture and Trade show, that the area where alcohol is being sold and consumed, as well as the gambling areas, will be restricted to adults only.
